We believe that good architecture is resultant of good design. Whilst this requires considered approach to the creation of form and space, detailing of junctions, selection of materials, it also requires effective and efficient working practices to work to program and budget.We have conceptualized and designed a wide range of architectural projects such as bungalows, residential developments, hospitals, corporate offices, commercial complex, educational institutes … to name a few. With experience of handling more than 400 projects we have the expertise of handling various teams involved in the project to deliver job done in budget, on schedule and with quality to endure for years

Turnkey

We provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. One entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build — from estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction. Via this method, we manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.
